"Excellent location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Parking was not easy to find on the street, or book with the hotel. They have a few places in their own car park. We used the underground car park just down the road. €12/day but easy to find and there was always a place. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby."

"Location is excellent in the city center of Santa cruz. However, as many pointed out before, there is a night club at the top of the hotel, which luckily I was out of season hence it was only on saturday but then you need proper ear plugs to not have it affect your sleep. "Pros: Room was very clean. The furniture is in good condition (some new, some older). The mini-fridge was surprisingly spatious. The terraces are big equipped with clothes rack to dry them if needed. Surely, they propose cleaning and change of towels every day, but we asked for it only two times during our 9-night stay.
