"Stayed here for 1 night to catch a plane the next morning. The only issue we had was the fact that my wife has a Handicap placard. We asked if the shuttle driver could drop us off at the departure gate as opposed to the normal spot at a lower level. It took several tries to convince the front desk staff that this was legal. They kept insisting that they couldn't do it. We finally had to find the issue on line and show it to the staff. Even then they were hesitant to call the number in the...
