"The hotel itself was amazing. There was cool artwork in the lobby, hallways, and room. Small but very nice room and bathroom. The restaurant/lobby was fun with lots of games available (free skeeball, shuffle board, and more). The 3rd floor basketball court was great for an evening game of horse. All that said I recommend that you NOT eat at the restaurant, the food was very subpar and/or cold every time I ate there, even the coffee bar was subpar. Overall I would definitely stay at this...

"The location was perfect for exploring Chelsea and the West Village. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel is also convenient to subway lines. Drawbacks - the minibar fridge did not work; the small built in chest of drawers was in sad shape (the drawers either wouldn’t open or couldn't close;) there are an unnecessary number of buttons for lighting control; the silver lame sheers were tattered; and the drapery panel had some stains on it. All in all, nothing truly upsetting. I would stay here...

"The staff was great. Room thermostats worked well. Great views. But the room was incompletely furnished. Bedroom had no nightstands and no reading lighting. TV connection to streaming channel selection was screwy. Passwords were rejected despite being correctly entered - twice (proof is that same pw worked on personal computer). No garbage cans in room at all. Some chain pulled blinds broken. Why locate microwave oven in compartment near floor?"

"Great location and price for a girls weekend. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were updated and clean, good size, held our bags all day after check out. It is pretty loud outside at night with stereos on pedicabs, but that’s NYC. Not the hotel’s fault. Fast, quick walk to subway or walkable to other great areas. Nespresso pods, snacks and water included in the fees were very nice to have!"
