Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff worked really hard- super kind and helpful. It was a short walk to great food and to Times Square. The only negatives were that our tv didn’t work and the breakfast area was very crowded.

Breakfast was slightly overwhelming. Just not enough space to accommodate the amount of guests. Food was what I expected for a continental breakfast included in stay. Bed was comfortable. Waiting for the elevator took awhile most of the time. Took the stairs a lot.
