"Lovely hotel, we enjoyed our stay! Only downfall is the amount of people in the breakfast room, not controlled and pushing to get things, just felt a bit out of sorts. Staff also couldn’t understand when we requested the Breakfast by the Sea option listed on their welcome leaflet, so we did not partake in this paid extra activity. "

"This is an exceptional boutique hotel, simply one of the best stays we have had ever. A lovely property, each room (and we stayed in a couple) is distinct. All modern amenities, beautifully renovated property in Goa-Portugese style gives the feeling of an opulent home. What makes it exceptional is the service - the team are faultless, were there for our every need - need something off the menu? another towel? a pen? print something? arrange a taxi? provide local guidance? eat early? eat late?...

"We enjoyed our stay at Vivanta, Panaji. The staff was very co-operative and gave excellent service. Arpit Kutre at front desk was very courteous. Breakfast buffet was delicious, want to congratulate the cook Vinny , waiting staff and Sagan for making great filter coffee. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. "

"We were unhappy the first night due to the condition of the room. However after we complained the next morning we were upgraded and were happy. It is a business hotel, while very nice, not quite a resort. One downside is transport availability."

They even went out of their way to mail back an item I left in the room after I checked out. Wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if I travel to Goa again. "

"The property is excellent with very good access to the beach. The staff were wonderful especially Anthony the head chef and his staff who gave us such delicious food, they knew exactly what we liked and remembered it each time we were at the restaurant. We loved the very personal service and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Goa."
