Boutique feel to the hotel, with nice decor and comfortable rooms. The hotel put us in a Deluxe room despite a Superior room in my booking. I only realized this much later and the manager offered to move us to the right room (but that seemed like a lot of effort for 1 night), therefore requested an extra bed and agreed it would be at no extra cost. Upon checkout, a charge was added to the bill - I did get the charge removed, but would have been nice to have this go smoothly. Breakfast was delicious and included lots of freshly made items. Would be nice to have a bit more variety (and lighter options) for other meals and more reasonably priced (seems high and there aren’t a lot of alternative restaurants close to the hotel).

For the price it deliveries what the tin says. Very clean, hospitable staff, management very assertive to get things right and Ajay the chef excellent service to detail. I would recommend this hotel as a 5* as it met all our needs. We had a much needed break and were so pleased with how well the staff are trained to give a hospitable service. Many thanks to both managers.

My eight and four year old kids loved the pool, the food … and so did my wife and I. Above all the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a delightful peaceful retreat after our somewhat stressful travels in India with kids. We could relax in the well kept gardens and pristine pool. The hotel itself is charming. It honors and reflects all of the diverse cultural influences shaping Goa. Parts of the old Portuguese house over which the hotel was built have been tastefully preserved and it’s heritage highlighted with colorful tiles.

I loved this stay! The staff was wonderful and attentive, the atmosphere was full of character and charm, and the food and drink was delicious. The cooking lesson with chef Ajay was very educational, and he went above and beyond sharing recipes and knowledge that will be used for years to come. The spa was wonderful as well. Will be back!

What an incredible stay experience at Storii by ITC Shanti Morada Goa hotel i had with my family. The ambiance was truly enchanting, with a perfect blend of portugese old-fashioned chic decor that transform you time travel to a past era. The warmth was added by the exceptional hospitality led by Property Manager Mr. Arpit and his staff team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our every need. This hotel a must-visit for a memorable experience.

The staff were excellent and went out of the way to help. Very cute boutique hotel. Excellent experience. Food could have been better. They tried but just couldn’t provide the taste and quality similar to a five star property.

The staff at the hotel were without exception a delight. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling. Our room was spacious and well fitted out and the pool and hotel itself were superbly designed with fascinating art and furnishings. The food was good but not outstanding. The piped music from the poolside was sometimes intrusive or on for too much of the day. Sometimes we had difficulty getting hot water from the overhead shower.

Exceptional in all ways!

This is an exceptional boutique hotel, simply one of the best stays we have had ever. A lovely property, each room (and we stayed in a couple) is distinct. All modern amenities, beautifully renovated property in Goa-Portugese style gives the feeling of an opulent home. What makes it exceptional is the service - the team are faultless, were there for our every need - need something off the menu? another towel? a pen? print something? arrange a taxi? provide local guidance? eat early? eat late? get a spa session? swimming lessons? yoga classes? a smart TV in the room? Nothing was trouble, every thing was catered to with exceeding politeness and efficiency. A faultless experience in a truly exceptional property.
