"The room was great with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom as well as a living room. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work and when I tried to bring up this concern, I was disregarded and told that this had not been an issue for any of the other customers, therefore, a solution was not found. Otherwise, the location was ideal and felt very safe, there was always someone at the door to help me call Taxi or let me in and out of the building"

"The one bedroom apartment by Cozy was very well equipped and clean. By far Cozy does a better job than the others we booked from here at the Gallery in East Lagoon. You can see a huge difference in the quality by Cozy. "

"Easy to find and access. Central location, Mausoleum and Tower in easy walking distance and tram just around the corner. Very large apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great staff. Lacking in tea towels and cleaning products in the kitchen but that was the only negative. Definately recommend and would happily stay there again. "
