"Nice and quiet with good food and spacious rooms. Our only complaint is the beds are too small for 2 adults and we found the mattress not very comfortable."

"We stayed here for our annual weekender to Benidorm. It was conveniently located to all the bars, the beach and nightlife. The hotel had great facilities, breakfast included and two outdoor pools all for reasonable rates. The staff were courteous and helpful when needed. Our room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely return here for our stay next year❤"

"Very nice hotel. The corridors that lead to the rooms were very hot and uncomfortable at times. The luggage cart had flat tires and difficult to maneuver in the hot corridors. Our rooms were near the end of the corridors. Staff was very nice and friendly."

"We stayed at The Level on the fifth floor and the room was spectacular. The views, the service the amenities were wonderful. The breakfast with the live show was a real treat..! All the staff are friendly helpful and very courteous. Everything is so close by like the port, restaurants, cafes and the beach is at the doorstep. I will be coming back and recommending to all friends and family. "

"Our booking here was very last minute and we didn't arrive until 8PM. Room, parking and breakfast were £40 which was an amazing bargain. The hotel was less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. Staff were friendly and polite, the room was a good size and quiet although it could do with more power sockets, there were only 2 in the whole room I think. The bed was comfortable and shower excellent. Breakfast had plenty of options and was very good."
