"Really lovely place with beautiful views of roman monuments. The only complication is that you cannot drive to the hotel as it is in the historic center - however follow the instructions you get in their email upon reservation - just for the drop off and pickup of luggage the very helpful hotel staff makes that possible! They also offer a great deal on city parking! "

"To get to the property we had to phone the hotel so they could raise the impediment in the middle of the road to get in. Once in, we were guided to the property by the front desk thru a series of very narrow roads - which i did not like."

"The hotel is just at the entrance to the old city from the Gare du Arles less than a 10 minute walk with luggage. It offers a nice breakfast buffet, I took the cheaper option, coffee, juice and various breads and jam. It is at the base of the hill that leads up to the Amphitheatre and other sites. There are several restaurants within a short walk. You can also take a nice walk along the Rhone for a scenic reflex of the day."

"The Hotel Du Musee has a great location in the Arles old town, which is car-restricted, and near restaurants where we wanted to eat. The staff was great, responsive, and amazingly helpful. We would stay there again."

"We didn't end up staying because the property closed early and couldn't check us in. It was advertised as closing at 9 PM but on the day of the reservation, with 2 minutes of warning, the property told us they were closed at 8. We got there at 8:30 and no one was around, so we were stranded. We ended up getting another hotel that night, and the property refused to grant any partial refund (under the no-show clause) despite violating the conditions of the booking."

"Arriving at the property via the small lanes not helped by GPS navigation led to very low expectations. Once inside the gate there was a surprise. The property is an ancient convent with a lovely Chaple. The grounds a wildly planted with many different and interesting ponds, large fountains, and plantings. Worth a stay and visit to ARLES and ST REMY. Just be sure to have good directions to find the Havre de Paix, Excellent breakfast served with fruit, cheese, cut meats, cereal, coffee, juices,...

"A clean and modern hotel with excellent location to Arles. Perhaps not walkable to the town, but close enough for quick access. Property feels safe and secure with a gated parking lot access. The room provides basic overnight amenities for an adequate stay. Complaint is related to the lack of ventilation in the room. The toilet room has no vent fan, nor does the shower room. So if sharing the room with others, the smell and steam makes for an uncomfortable in-room environment. While there is a...

"Very nice hotel with a modern relaxed feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is situated just outside the town, and it takes 10 min to walk to town. Camargue is a great place for biking and running. Our room was clean and nice. The staff gave us good advice on restaurants in town. The town is quite touristy, but the beaches stretches out endlessly and if you bike (or walk) a little you will find a nice and quiet spot. Arles is only 30 min away by car, we went there to check...
