"We stayed at this property for one night for an event in the area and without doubt the best we stayed in. This is a class let with no detail too small. Everything you could need at the property and a full breakfast was provided to meet every need. You won’t be disappointed if you stayed here and the owners who live next to the property were fab. "Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good."

"The location was perfect, a short drive away from Battle and Hastings, day trips were effortless. The annex was spacious and really well equipped. The farm shop is a 2 minute walk away, and had everything we needed. Fran even kindly introduced her stable of horse to our baby, which made her day!"

"I am not sure where to start...this was a great base from which to explore Southeast England. Beautiful flat with comfy beds overlooking a lovely garden and view of Hastings. I was a little worried with our 6 foot boys that they would struggle with the bunk beds but they had no issues.We found on street parking was always available. A small grocer around the corner is nice and laundry is not to far away."

"We needed a base for a golfing break to Sandwich. The apartment was perfect.It had everything we could want and was immaculate.Two bathrooms, kitchen and nice living room with all mod cons. It is very central for Sandwich which is a beautiful place and you are walking distance for various pubs and restaurants. Can't praise apartment enough and the directions and practicalities were all dealt with by the owner who was very responsive and helpful.5*😁"

"The property was everything I was looking for! The location, the view, the facilities were just as described & exactly what I wanted. I spent a long time looking on various sites before finding this but it was worth the effort! I was sad to leave and hope to return. The double bed is so comfortable - I can’t recall when I last slept so well."

"The apartment was the perfect location. We could easily walk to and from the station, into the town centre and it was minutes away from the beach and castle. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a short break and it was a lovely place to cook and relax in the evenings. Paul's communication was excellent."

"We had a wonderful time at this apartment. We had a little hiccup checking in but it got resolved. The location is a short walk to the main part of Canterbury, the Cathedral, both train stations, and lots of pubs and restaurants. If you’re there at Christmas time the festival and kiosks are also walkable and fabulous! "Set in beautiful private land, with fantastic views of the countryside and swimming lake, very warm and high quality private bathroom and hut. Great Hot tub looking at the stars, great veranda. "Fantastic spacious place which had all we needed. The fireplace in the living room was great for a cosy evening on the huge sofas. We enjoyed the dining room with a beautiful table and serviettes and table mats for a sophisticated dinner. Kitchen had plenty cutlery, crockery, glasses, and dishes and cooking utensils.
