"The stable was much bigger than the photos show & was veer clean & spacious with everything to hand. The owners Jan & Nick have thought of everything. The garden & woods are lovely, we were lucky to be there with the bluebells in full bloom. Enjoyed seeing all the animals including horses, rabbits, squirrels & lots of different birds. The stars are amazing when the night sky is clear. Lots of places to visit, we went to Rye, Hastings, Canterbury & Bodiam Castle."

"The Parlour is the ideal location for anyone attending a course or visiting Sarah Raven’s Perch Hill garden. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was lovely to meet Louise and her horses."

"This property exceeded all our expectations. The host Ginny was wonderful. The cottage was lovely and well decorated throughout, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, very comfortable beds, great to come home to after a busy day out. Well, kitted out kitchen. Could have stayed a lot longer. Ginny arranged some flowers for our visit on request and we were not disappointed, they were fantastic. Would definitely return."

"Firstly I need to say how wonderful Jim and Anita were and how welcoming they made us all feel. The location of Honey Pot Farm is stunning with views to take your breath away. The town of Hythe is a mere 10min drive and well worth a visit. We will most defiantly be going back 10/10"

"Set in beautiful private land, with fantastic views of the countryside and swimming lake, very warm and high quality private bathroom and hut. Great Hot tub looking at the stars, great veranda. "Fantastic spacious place which had all we needed. The fireplace in the living room was great for a cosy evening on the huge sofas. We enjoyed the dining room with a beautiful table and serviettes and table mats for a sophisticated dinner. Kitchen had plenty cutlery, crockery, glasses, and dishes and cooking utensils. Just a tea pot was missing for us. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Just a few glasses and cups that needed a rinse. The kettle looked not right at the bottom so we didn’t...
