"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"Ric’s cottage has been renovated to the highest standard and has all the amenities for an extremely comfortable stay in Whitstable. A bit of trouble initially finding a parking space but once we found one, we had no need to use the car again, as everything was within walkable distance. Lovely garden for sundowners! Jeani's gorgeous property is light, bright and eclectically quirky - an accurate representation of the Camber/Rye area. We visited for a family celebration with 6 adults, 4 kids and a dog, and the space swallowed us and more. With every bedroom having an ensuite, there was no fighting for showers, instead, it was a place of calm and serenity. A literal stone's throw from the beach for days...

Beautiful sea views, house extremely clean, well-prepared for guests and thoughtfully furnished. "We stayed for a long weekend in Deal (which in itself was a revelation - super nice). The property is just as described- so near to the shops and restaurants and also the beach but without any noise and parking to boot - which could be horrendous in peak season. The property itself is nicely furnished and we spent a long time looking at all the beach/nautical items. All in all I would thoughtless recommend this as a stay and Deal is well worth a visit. Owner was upper helpful and friendly too."

"Nicely decorated house in a good location close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ outside. We also loved the fireplace although could have done with a bigger supply of logs. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Super quiet at night too. Would recommend a visit."

"The property was very well equipped and there is even an electric car charging point. The location is excellent with Hastings (fish market, beach and the old town); Battle Abbey (excellent and enjoyed by the smaller and larger people); Rye (one of the Cinque ports, Waterworks brewery); and the Kent and East Sussex Railway (to Bodium Castle). "Set in beautiful private land, with fantastic views of the countryside and swimming lake, very warm and high quality private bathroom and hut. Great Hot tub looking at the stars, great veranda. Electricity in the hut and shared communal fridge and freezer, as well as your own fridge and microwave. Host let us bring out own fire pit and lent us a toaster, as none in the hut. "Fantastic spacious place which had all we needed. The fireplace in the living room was great for a cosy evening on the huge sofas. We enjoyed the dining room with a beautiful table and serviettes and table mats for a sophisticated dinner. Kitchen had plenty cutlery, crockery, glasses, and dishes and cooking utensils. Just a tea pot was missing for us. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Just a few glasses and cups that needed a rinse. The kettle looked not right at the bottom so we didn’t...
