"My room could have done with updating, was a bit tired but the rest of the hotel was lovely and service was amazing."

"Hi - it was one of the warmest days this year and the room, having had the afternoon sun was warm. The aircon switch was high up and I had to climb on the furniture to switch it on. Then, the batteries in the remote were almost flat. The batteries in the tv remote were also almost flat. Both were not easy to get working."

"Nice hotel, clean & comfortable with an on site bar and restaurant right on the promenade. A pleasant stay."

"Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental."
