Really enjoyable stay. Room was bigger than any we’ve stayed in Folkstone - junior suit. Woke up to the sun rise and staff were above and beyond. Would go back. Great breakfast.

Stayed the night before getting the shuttle to France. Room was very clean and tidy and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. Price of the room was great considering you're right next to the sea. Would definitely recommend if you're planning on staying in Folkestone.

24hour reception, very helpful and friendly staff always able to speak to someone and they go extra mile to try and answer any questions and requirements. Parking around the property was a bit troublesome.

Decided to stay here again after we got back from France as we didn't want a long drive back home. Everything I said in my last review still remains the same. Clean room and helpful/friendly staff. This time we got a room with a bit of a sea view which is great considering the low price we paid for the room. Would definitely recommend.

I really want to pass on my sincerest thanks to the Team at The View for making significant effort on my / our behalf. The room was just lovely, facing the sea, huge bed, really clean and well presented. My special thanks goes to the Housekeeping Team for the balloons and “birthday cake” (complete with candles) on the bed, so above and beyond, with care & detail. Also to the Front Desk Supervisor for her help and support - it really does not go unnoticed. Thank you

Really pleasant welcome on arrival. Good sized room, but bed was very hard and lumpy. Very good breakfast. No on site parking and limited parking around the hotel.

Staff really helpful and friendly. We arrived early and man on reception sorted out our parking for us; fortunately there were plenty of space’s available on the road outside of the hotel. We checked in later that day. Room was a good size with large bathroom. No bath but lovely rain shower. Tea and coffee provided along with 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was plentiful with choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, fruit juices, cheese, meat, bread etc; hot food was cooked to order. Staff member at breakfast was very nice and helpful. We did not have dinner at hotel. This was our second stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Excellent, friendly staff who are very polite. We have visited 3 times and will return next year . Excellent view of the English Channel.

The room was small but pleasant, bed comfortable pillows not, sadly there was no hot water for us on the morning we were up early at 5am left it running called receptionist from room but didn’t answer so I called the hotel the night person answered the call he apologised for not answering before he was doing something he told me to let it run however by this time we started to run late to catch our 6:15 ferry from Dover I explained I had let the shower run since I woke and it was barely warm.
