The room was clean, excellent showers. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night as we were catching a crossing the next morning,but it was during the heatwave so the air con (although not very powerful was very welcome). Overall good hotel.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago but we were very disappointed this time. The takeaway breakfast bag was not available until after 4 o'clock and as we had an early morning shuttle we were not eligible. The car park is now chargeable at £6.00 overnight, previously it was free. The price we paid was far too much considering the quality of the hotel and we will not be back.

Nice bar and restaurant area - near to Folkestone and exit to channel tunnel so all good - local garages, Tesco’s M&S garage shop McD’ all in close Proximity. Rooms are clean and basic but with just what you need. Great to have food available on site plus the free Breakfast is perfect to set you on your way. Staff are willing to help with any needs - that are possible. Only gripe would be having to pay for car parking. So ideal place to stay if need to be near Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel. Would recommend you try it!

Stayed at this hotel many times in advance of travelling to France and I’ve never had a TV that worked. Otherwise you get what you expect. The rooms are clean and spacious and the free breakfast fills a gap (especially nice bacon).

However the area was full of people (not eating, not drinking, and no pets), and there's no attempt/offer to accommodate us. After paying £60 extra/nights, we ended up having order from Uber Eats.
