"The property has all indicated amenities, in a previous review I indicated that the room was to cold, however after following up with a staff member, it was drawn to my attention that the room had a portable heater and she visited my room to set up same. The bed was very comfortable."

Julian a guest who took my bag up to the second floor then was interested to know my opinion on where I went. I felt completely safe walking in the street at night being on my own and female. Most guests ignored me but this I didn't mind since the desk staff were so friendly. I'd gladly stay again. This was the first holiday I had by myself so I got to go...

"Had a private room and it felt like a basic hotel, clean and comfortable. A good deal when split with another person. Nice and quiet. Be aware that this is a dry hostel even in private rooms. The quiet hours are generally well-observed."

"Great stay. My capsule was well equipped with dual USB-A/C ports and not a speck of dust in sight. This place is beyond clean - like the love child of Ikea and a Japanese capsule hotel. I don’t really have any negatives to speak of. They have daily activities (some paid, some free), a huge kitchen with a much welcomed free food basket, and a cheap cafe/bar with a nice 10% discount to make it even cheaper. Nothing to complain about here. "

"We've stayed here before and like its location at the end of Broadway in Newmarket, very handy. Comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. (Paid) off-street parking and lots of buses pass by. Short walk to the Westfield Newmarket Mall."

"Getting in and out of the rooms using the Goki app was pretty easy, staff at reception were really nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is the kitchen smelled so bad it permeated throughout the entire area outside it. I stayed on the 4th floor so I can’t speak for the other floors, but there were food items still in the fridges left unmoved for days/weeks at a time (I stayed for 2 weeks) and it was clear it probably hasnt been thoroughly cleaned/checked in a while. When dishes were washed...
