"They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. But because of my business I can't really take off for a vacation if I can't connect via Wi-Fi."

We were impressed by the outstanding customer service offered by them whether you are in the lobby, buffet/ breakfast place, spa and pool!! Clint, Maricel (massage therapist), Jonell (pool gentleman) were fantastic kudos to them!! Thank you all. Ps they didn’t charge me for stained towel due to my dyed hair!!! Thank you! Will come back and can work around older rooms. "
