Serinity property has lots of flowers trees and gardens. Very relaxing. Just need upgrade on bathroom. Very friendly staff

Seemed outdated but it depends on your definition. Room selection was difficult and unclear so be careful or call for exact description. Adequate for the area but plan on eating and staying put after arrival. Recommended max stay 2 nights. The biggest positive is there are no other options. We were staging for an outbound flight and so that’s the best use case. Eat, swim and relax before your travel.

Great if you like old, run-down properties!

Upon arriving it took staff over 30 minutes to locate the reservation. Even after providing a copy of the booking ID and the Booking Confirmation email. The initial room was extremely noisy as the neighbor (adjoining room) had 8 guests in it. We were relocated to a smaller, less expensive room with no offer of compensation.

We have stayed here before and it seems to have gone downhill. The grounds were good but the room was less than expected based on the pictures. The staff were friendly but inefficient. Our room was never cleaned and we had to call and ask for tissue for the CR and for fresh towels. Beds were not made and garbage wasnt emptied. And the free breakfast was a joke - a hot dog or canned ham or some such with 1 egg and garlic rice. Expected a buffet or at least enough to eat.

The resort itself is picturesque but deep down it needs some renovations especially in the rooms . I got to stay in 4 different rooms over a 3 weeks there & all but the final room had issues of one kind or another. The staff are very friendly and that was the standcout of my visit there .

They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. But because of my business I can't really take off for a vacation if I can't connect via Wi-Fi.

Rooms disappointing and over priced

They couldn’t find our booking, had to change the air conditioning as not working. Shower not working at all. All the bedding was clean but very musty. No free breakfast which was included in the price. Their kitchen was closed. Very disappointed in our room. Apart from that the place was lovely and clean great location. 3 swimming pools each with a lifeguard and the staff very friendly. Just need to do maintenance on their rooms and cleaning. No offer of discount either. We over paid as the costs were a lot cheaper at site.

Not an attractive property

The room had a four panel folding door for the washroom. This door was broken and could not be closed or opened. Maintenance could not fix it. In addition to the door issue, the room was not properly prepared - no toilet paper etc. Eventually we were moved to a better room. However, based on the condition of the overall property we did not stay, even though we could not recover our money.

I have stayed here many times over the past 5 years now. This is the most fun and relaxing resort in Bacolod. It's not the most luxurious but it is kept up well and the staff is absolutely the best, anywhere! The food is great and well priced. IF you can even book a room here. It stays full on the weekends. My wife enjoy strolls along the property. The kids love the pools. They have weddings and and other events here that make you feel wanted and nice to watch. If your lucky enough Princess (her real name) will be working and great you with a big smile and a welcome. Everyone will great you with a warm welcome.

Noticed it was looking run down, but entering tue room and smelling urine from the bathroom was tue point i realized i messed up. Bathroom had urine on the floor for who knows how long. Beds were not cpean still smelled sex from tue last people who stayed there and perfume and armpits. Every amenity is charged to use it. Taking a walk down the paths led to what looked like tye edge of a landfill. Trash by the ton left on each side even trash in the water. Ate the food second night had no choice and was made ill. Water said to be filtered was not potable. Was the pits of the pits absolutely a never again.

The hotel is close to the ocean.however beach access is not very accessable. And the resort dont allow hotel foot traffic out to the guard gate of the community. Overall a very nice resort. But limited ammenities
