"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

Close to Tube, and Restraunts with a fantastic all night mini market across the street and short walk to boots pharmacy. The only negative was heat... Windows opened easily but no screens, and fans tucked in the cupboard worked in one of the rooms but the other room had only 1...

"We stayed in room 22 which was newly renovated and very nice. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being from the USA, we thought this place was so cute and charming, as was the neighborhood. We felt safe walking at night to and from the local pub, grocery store and underground station."

"Great location of the hotel. However, the hotel wasn’t what I was expecting. It wasn’t clean with the curtains having stains on. The bedding was okay although only one pillow per person. The rooms curtains were falling off. In addition there was water marks and stains on the paint, also the carpet had rips in etc. "

"From start to finish it was an excellent I check in was Fast and efficient with self-service entry and instructions on how to do this well given plenty of time in advance the room is efficient clean lovely and fresh and came with a Wi-Fi the Smart TV all storage it's own little bathroom with plenty of free toiletries and I'm literally couldn't have wanted anything else for more I willsay that if I get the chance I will stay a third time highly recommend"
