In several ways this is a good place. It’s modern, clean and well placed for the Albert Hall. However it is on a very busy, large main road, with lots of noise. You also hear doors closing from other rooms etc. Most importantly the window of the room I was in was easily accessible from the main room, in a way that compromised safety. I emailed the hotel about this after my visit, but I have heard nothing from them almost a week later.

The hotel rooms are so tiny, there is no space to even stand. It's fine if you are staying by yourself but suffering if there's more than one person in the room. Also, our hotel sink was completely clogged with hair and dirty soap when we arrived (really really gross) and the air conditioner wasn't working either. We were told to open a window :/ The only compensation we received was canned water (the hotel didn't provide any complimentary water bottles).
Breakfast was good though - there was a variety of baked goods (various croissants, yogurt, meat and vegan sausages!!) . Overall stay was really disappointing - I don't think we would stay here again.
Location is great - walkable distance to Earls Court station and a nearby bus stop (from Heathrow). The room is functional in its space but could use more hooks to hang items. A water kettle being available for guests would also be helpful, although you can get that from the kitchen area on the first floor. Hotel personnel were fantastic.
I stayed here for a week and I would easily do it again. I got the 2 twin beds and it was perfect for just two people. The shower had hot water, the beds were cozy and the AC worked great. My favorite part was that I could cast from my iPhone to the TV so I could stream shows.
Not used Point A before. Quirky but v clean and friendly. The main grouch - no tea and coffee in the room which seems a basic requirement. Otherwise a nice little hotel
