Nice room with comfy beds. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and the breakfast was great.
Happy hour lounge employees were particularly friendly and did a great job. Happy hour was a nice perk with a good choice of snacks— enough for a light meal. Front desk staff were also professional and courteous. Ideal location.

The rooms were a nice size, bed was a bit squeaky
The breakfast was really nice buffet, location is really nice- staff were friendly- just left standing at breakfast as tables were not really cleaned up quick enough, no cutlery laid and nobody offering coffee- or at least telling us where to get one- as we ended up walking to the counter and asking.
But these are just some points for your Staffa be managers to think on.
Otherwise it was a lovely hotel and food. And would come again.

Centrally located. Walking distance for shops and pubs
Was in room 130, if you are offered this room, say no! It is close to the reception, lots of noise overnight as people go up and down corridors, the room had bulbs gone, half a shower screen, a creaky bed, a very loud a/c unit and no remote control for the TV.
The buffet breakfast was mediocre, but did fill a space.
The hotel is in a convenient location, and the staff were nice, but that was about it.
First time at this hotel. Location close to two tube stations so very easy to get around London. Stayed in king guest room which was spacious with plenty of storage. Very spacious and clean bathroom with shower.
