The staff are lovely and the room was clean and nicely done. The area felt safe, well-lit and enough people about. Very close to a few tube stations to make getting about easy.

Had everything we needed, tv worked great, check in & out was simple and easy. Soap in the bathroom smelt awful so I’d recommend taking your own shower gel etc like we did but I guess it’s a matter of personal preference and not necessarily a negative.
