Very friendly staff, clean space, and great location. BIG shout out to the staff - they were always polite and helpful and improved our overall experience. The only improvement I could suggest is regarding breakfast - we felt the options were limited compared to other breakfasts at similar hotels we've visited. Would return again next time we're in London.
