"The property grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The staff everywhere other than the Arrecife were friendly attentive and helpful. There are plenty of pools, lounge chairs by the pools and towels. There are a lot of restaurants, a variety of menu options and food types but the food is mediocre and the cheeses and lunch meats could be refrigerated better "

"The staff was excellent, very polite attentive and friendly. The room service we had was wonderful, quick and so friendly, I spent 5 days at the resort and never had bad service. The one gentleman, Luis Miguel was super nice, friendly and had a wonderful attitude, he delivered our complementary bottle of champagne and he made sure everything was perfect. Of all the staff we encountered during our stay 4/27/2024 -5/2-2024 he delivered a few timea to our room and he always went above and beyond!...
