"Everything was great. We were looking forward to the waterpark —the main reason we selected this resort. However it was closed during the entire stay and not disclosed during booking. Resort is beautiful, pool and beach was nice and clean. Restaurants were good with great service. No service by the beach and poor service by the pool. "

It was very difficult to get towels to shower with so bring your own so you won’t run into issues. We had booked a swim out for 3 and It was difficult to get 3 sets of towels. For the swim out pool towels should be accessible in the room. I had to walk all the way to beach just to get towels even though we was staying on the adult side next to the adult pool. "We had a great experience. The coral level feels like a boutique hotel within a much larger hotel. Definitely appreciated the coral only dining options and pools / beach spaces - allowed for an air conditioned breakfast / lunch buffet which was nice when it was so hot out. There was also more space between the pool / beach chairs compared to the other areas of the hotel, and plenty of chairs available (in mid-May). It was worth the additional charge for coral level (for us at least). The food...

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
