"This was the greatest all-inclusive resort I have been too. So many options for food, entertainment as well as free water activities such as kayaking and paddle boats, the people were phenomenal as well as the guests. Facilities were well-maintained and there was transportation from one side of the resort to the other. Will definitely be back again! "

"We are a family of 7 with 5 children ranging from pre teens to late teens. We had an incredible experience, the staff was accommodating and helpful and the premises and rooms were clean and well maintained. There were many options for dining and the bars were well stocked with top shelf brands. Overall a positive and enjoyable experience. "

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family."
