The room was clean , the staff was very attentive. Norelis helped during our stay. She helped make sure we had during our stay . There are plenty of restaurants on property ( make reservations when u arrive ) there’s a few pools , swim up bar and close to the beach .

Three of us stayed here for 1 week as a girls' getaway. We had an absolutely wonderful week and were all impressed with the quality of the service, the amenities, and the well maintained property. Having our own butler available for the duration of the stay was a truly excellent touch that made this experience even better than I was anticipating. Randy was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in planning our activities and meals. We all agreed this was the best resort vacation we have ever had. It’s a beautiful resort! Very nice and quiet. Our butler Rodny took care of us the entire time and he made sure all of our lunch and dinner reservations were made. All the staff were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. I’d recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation!

The resort is massive and nice overall, but the restaurants were very disappointing. Food at 2 of the buffets were okay. I liked my room and the beach was beautiful minus the stray dog that barked a lot. There wasn’t any pool music, activity or entertainment. Adults like to have fun too! This place is better suited for those 60 years old and older. The only saving grace was our butler Rodney, he was pleasant, respectful and always accommodating. If you’re under the age of 55 you have to leave the resort to have fun.

We have been too many resorts in Punta Cana and we enjoyed this one the best by far. This property goes out of their way to satisfy their guests in making sure they are having a good time. Rooms are clean but a little dated. We also did not spend much time in the room. The staff was amazing, and Ray, our butler, was the best. The food was great for a mid-level all-inclusive. There are plenty of options to choose from and always something good to eat. The restaurants are, as always, some are great, others are only ok.

Check with butler about events and excursions so you can plan your attire better. I feel like that’s something I didn’t take full advantage of, specially when they connect with you 72 hrs before your trip. Noris was AMAZING!! She helped with everything and made this trip so special! We visited for my birthday and we received a desert platter with alcohol and then our room was decorated with balloons, rose petals, jacuzzi hot as could be, and some more champagne! Noris was more than willing to help us with booking parasailing, dinners, taxis and more!
