"Rooms were clean and comfortable, hot tub was great. Lack of resources to contact or text the property manager when we couldn’t get the front door to lock the first night or when the WiFi went down for nearly a day. No instructions on how to operate foreign appliances! The washer/dryer in the unit never got hot enough to dry my clothing so I ended up using the towel warmer. It took me over 9 hours to get two very small loads of laundry done."

"Good location by the river in the city centre. The apartment was very functional, clean and comfortable. It was as well very quiet and soundproof. The decoration of the room was a bit sad though and would need more touches of colour. The view was on the backyard over the refusal bins which wasn’t that nice. The staff was great and very helpful. "

"It was an amazing stay. Our only complaint was that the washing machine was not plugged in and required someone to come and remove the cabinet door to pull it out and plug it in. It was promptly taken care of once we reported it. "
