"The staff were lovely but I would say the rooms could do with some TLC. The walls were chipped and scraped and the seal along the shower screen was dirty and old and there was a stain on the carpet and a musty smell in the room. I wouldn’t say the rooms are 5 stars but the bed was great."

"Very nice hotel but a little to hip for my taste. It is not warm or welcoming. You check yourself in at a computer and print your own key card. Not the greatest feeling after a long stressful day of travel. You control your room and basically your whole stay with an ipad. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast staff was extremely nice."

This great hotel lived up to expectations, from modern decor, friendly staff, super comfortable bed and brilliant breakfast (probably the best I have had!). Our room on 6th floor looked onto the Clyde and we could hear the trains leaving and arriving in Central station, but it did not bother us at all. I would not hesitate to stay again."
