"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. "This B&B is located in Belgravia which is great. Overall its a very nice place to stay if you dont need a lot of luxuries. Its pretty basic but the breakfast is very good and the people are very nice and helpful. The staff were very friendly and attended to any issues kindly and readily (our kettle tray stopped working at one point for example).
