The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). "This VRBO is perfectly located to enjoy the slopes and the town of Breck. It was amazing to have access to the parking garage through the afternoon on our day of checkout. Perfect for 2-3 people. Note that there is no ski locker - we kept our skis in the car. The kitchen is perfect for breakfast or heating up a quick meal but not equipped for much beyond the basics. That's ok - there are so many restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved this place and will be back!"

"We had a great stay at Pine Ridge and 5 great days of skiing at Breck. The house is quite comfortable and roomy with a great open floor plan between kitchen, living room, and dining area. We found the beds to be equally as comfortable with foam mattresses. The location is perfect for access to town and the slopes. That said, I would not classify it as ski-in/ski-out. It is definitely a ski-in house as the 4 O'Clock run brings you just feet from the entrance and is clearly marked with a sign on...

"The rental itself is quite nice - very well refurbished and modern, clean appearance. Very comfortable stay. The apartment complex itself is fine but nothing fancy. Location is excellent and closer to Main street than I expected. The property is managed by a local property manager and WILDLY OVERCOMMUNICATED with tons of emails to point of making it confusing. When it came time to check-in, I had to reference one email for the address, another separate email for the door code, and a non-VRBO app...

"It was a short walk to the lift but able to ski almost to our door. Room was clean but small. Good for 2 people. Shower was only 3x3 feet. Refrigerator was tiny. Couldn't fit a gallon of milk and 2 liter of soda at the same time. It was the first place we ever stayed at that required us to empty trash before we left. My biggest complaint were the thermostats. They were very difficult to operate and we had problems getting it warm."

"Had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect for my family. Resort had a lot of amenities we enjoyed including the pool, hot tubs and sauna. Especially liked the convenience of having everything from ski rentals to ski school right there at the resort. Shuttle to and from town was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Great location on peak 8. Walk across the street, ski down to Snowflake lift or to the parking lot and a small walk to the gondola. Then ski back at the end of the day on 4 o'clock. Bit of a hike back up from town. Glad we had a car."

"We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again."

"While I have skied Breckenridge in the past, this was my family's first trip and it could'nt have been better. Lee's condo was just as advertised. Great location with just steps to the Quicksilver Superchair. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. All the kitchen supplies we needed to prepare great meals. Check in was not only easy but very convenient. Condo facility has incredible pool, hot tub, steam/sauna area as well as cool game room. Last but not least, Lee the property manager was...

"Great unit and good stay overall, just wish we had a better response from the management company on an issue noted below. This unit has a nice layout, with a bedroom/bathroom on either side of the entrance hallway, and a good sized living room/kitchen/dining area in the back half of the unit. Bedrooms have lots of storage and use space really well, and separation of bathroom/shower areas provided good privacy. Beds were fine, with extra blankets available in the closets. Plenty of nice bath...

"We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town."
