One of the best locations in Breckenridge!!!

You absolutely cannot beat the location! Literally a one minute walk to QuickSilver lift across the street at base of Peak 9 (Maggie Pond) and steps to Main Street, Historic Downtown Breckenridge! Far, Far better than ski in/ski out. You absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to lift, restaurants, bars/Pubs, clubs, shops, etc.!

The complex has common/shared Hot-Tub Jacuzzi, Laundry Facilities, Free Heated Garage Parking. It is not only steps to all restaurants, shops, pubs, etc., but is also steps to the lift, which is right across the street, less than a minute walk!. There are also two equipment rental shops ground floor. They provide skis and board rentals in winter and bicycle rentals in summer. Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to everything in town and we were within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and the gondola ride. Definitely will stay again!

Property was just as advertised. We loved having our coffee and breakfast every morning on the deck with the amazing view of the mountains. The secured garage parking was also definitely a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this property.

This was a location to remember. Property is very well equipped, a short walk to the Quicksilver lift, and in the middle of downtown. Jeff was an amazing host and responded very quickly to any inquiries I had. Definitely visiting and staying at this property again. Thank you!

Great location, walk to it all!

My husband and I came to Breckenridge for our “baby moon” and stayed here! We had a great time and the location made everything so easy. We could walk to all the restaurants and shops on the main strip. There was a coffee shop just a few steps away which was really nice to start the mornings. The apartment was cozy, clean and quiet. I would recommend staying here and if we come back to Breckinridge we will stay here again.

It was a cozy condo for 2. Kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials & nice glasses & dishes. Wish there was more lighting in the bedroom.

Great Spot with Great Views

My wife and I stayed here as part of a Colorado trip we were making. Jeff the owner was super nice and communicated well for the arrival instructions. He also came up from Denver to fix the ceiling fan in the bedroom and an issue with the garbage disposal when we were there - asking first of course. Views from the back deck were incredible.

Best Location in Breck!

If there is a better in-town location in Breckenridge, I'd be surprised. Main Street is just out the door. You could easily park your car once (in the super-convenient garage) and not need it for days! So much to do right outside the door. All of the shopping and restaurants are seconds away. Great view out the back door as well. Highly recommend.

Amazing location and adorable condo

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo is super cute and was perfect for my spouse and I. The location is amazing! We parked our car in the heated garage for the week except for when we drove to the City Market and Gondola. We walked everywhere! The condo is right above Mi Casa! We had the best week and will book this condo again. Thanks so much Jeff for the great stay and communication! We will be back!

This VRBO is perfectly located to enjoy the slopes and the town of Breck. It was amazing to have access to the parking garage through the afternoon on our day of checkout. Perfect for 2-3 people. Note that there is no ski locker - we kept our skis in the car. The kitchen is perfect for breakfast or heating up a quick meal but not equipped for much beyond the basics. That's ok - there are so many restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved this place and will be back!

Met our expectations

The location is GREAT, as advertised. This unit is a little difficult to find initially so be sure to follow instructions carefully. The bedroom is small with no dresser or really any place to lay out a suitcase, so we laid ours out in the hallway leading to the living room. This worked fine, so not a big issue. On the plus side, the patio is large and had comfortable seating along with a large propane grill. We would stay here again. Just know that the bedroom is a little tight.

Positives About the Condo: Location, Location, Location - in the heart of the area. Easy walk to everything. And I never heard the restaurant/bar downstairs Bedroom bed was very comfortable Humidifier was a HUGE plus Plenty of hot water - good water pressure Plenty of very nice kitchen items (dishes, glasses, pans, etc.) Water filtered thru fridge was a plus Parking Garage - and it was indoors - very convenient washer and dryer on premises Great deck - and good sized WiFi worked great Areas that could use improvement: Pull out bed in couch is broken, had to take mattress out and put on floor each night Place has a moldy smell Broken kitchen drawer Called owner 1st day to notify that the parking pass was not where he indicated - I never received a returned call, but it was not an issue - probably because it was basically off season All in all it worked out very well. The improvements would not deter me from recommending. We weren't there that often but when we were it worked well for our needs. 2 People.
