"The hotel is in a great location and is stunning and clean inside and out. The room was large with high ceilings and included and iron/ironing board and robes and slippers. You could also order different types of pillows to the room! We received a welcome drink on arrival too. The breakfast was outstanding and set us up for the day. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Brno."

"Your receptionist Marketa was quite professional on day of check in which made my stay enjoyable. My suggestion would be to have more tables for guests at breakfast time, also, perhaps extend the length of time for breakfast as everyone seemed to be there at 8.30am. "It was my mom's 75th birthday and so I decided to take her to a nice spa. And since we didn't live in the area, it was convenient to stay in the hotel and then just walk down to the spa wrapped in the bathrobe. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful. Clean and very well up kept. The lobby is nice and airy. But as soon as we got to the desk, they didn't have our reservation. Not sure what happened, because it was still active on my phone.
