This was one the most comfortable hotels I have recently stayed in. My room and the bathroom were both significantly bigger than the european average in this price category. Both were newly and beautifully renovated. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage. The staff at the reception desk was super friendly and accommodating in every respect. The only small minus I would mention was the breakfast room. The breakfat buffet is ok, the room itself is ok, nothing stands out.

Great hotel

The lobby can seem abit outdated, but do not let that fool you. The property and the rooms are amazing, this is easily one of the more beautiful hotels i have stayed at. Can not recommend enough!

Grand Hotel Brno is fine. We got an upgrade into a suite. But it was on the top floor with only roof windows, just one tiny window with a view down to the ground. Nice staff who spoke English. Close to town center, just across train station.

The best place to stay in Brno

Very convenient to train station. Historic hotel yet very modern in both amenities and design. Great staff willing to help with any situation. Breakfast was full buffet meeting every diet.

The Grand Hotel is very convenient if using the bus system in Czechia as it is across the street from the main station. Recommend adding the breakfast to room as it was a large buffet that included cook to order crepes!

Ok but small rooms

The pale is nice and clean. It is located very conveniently near the city centre and the staff are very professional. The rooms are small so don't expect to have a lot of space for your belongings. It's ok for a night but I would suggest you try and book the bigger rooms for longer stays
