"It was my mom's 75th birthday and so I decided to take her to a nice spa. And since we didn't live in the area, it was convenient to stay in the hotel and then just walk down to the spa wrapped in the bathrobe. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful. Clean and very well up kept. The lobby is nice and airy. But as soon as we got to the desk, they didn't have our reservation. Not sure what happened, because it was still active on my phone.
