Very clean and well kept hotel

The hotel is very clean - they even put 3 soap dispensors next to the sink as if to emphasize this. There is also a convenient Albert hypermarket on the other side of the river. I checked in and out by myself (there is no door man) but it was convenient.

Comfortable sleeping just enough for single person

Penzion has cool check-in system without even reaching the reception by inserting the key code to get the keys for the room. My standard room was cozy enough and good for sleeping. Only downside that Wi-Fi signal was very low in my room and also one power socket was broken but that´s acceptable for me all these things. Also the service was helpful all along as I was booking it few hours before. Area was very quiet and that´s a one plus as well. I would say proper 8/10 is a great value for this accomodation

Expedia accommodation advertisement shows all rooms with private toilets but the classic room don’t have a private toilet . Room had also minor issues with the electric outlet and no fan or ventilator were inside the room . The location is near one of Brno train stations that is quite convenient . Also the price is really good comparing with other similar accommodations. Would recommend the accommodation just for a short stay or long in case you will discuss with the property manager in advance all the general conditions

The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall. There was no bedside light (I used my phone). Wifi was poor, dropping out for minutes at a time. I wandered round the public areas to try and find a stronger signal, but failed. The window opened directly onto the pavement and there was a certain anount of noise from passing people, other guests chatting outside the door and screaming young children across the street. When I checked in, the toilet would not flush. I found a member of staff in the morning and she arranged a plumber who fixed it. The bed was comfortable. The Penzion is in a residential street, about 5 minutes brisk walk from tram stops on two different routes. I actually walked there from the station but I wouldn't do that again. There is a good beer house / restaurant about 3 minutes walk away.

The room was nice and clean, but without private bathroom, what I have booked. The description from hotels.com is unfortunately wrong. I have tried to contact the hotel and hotels.com but they both ignored me as good as they could. They both were not really interested to find out what went wrong. The women at the reception is really very friendly, but the communication is quite difficult, because she could not speak English and I could not speak Cech. Unfortunately you can't pay with credit card. There are 2 parking options direkt in front of the pension, that was perfekt.

Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht unbedingt als Tierfreundlich bezeichnen - da wir doch etliche Probleme hatten, da wir zur Welthundeausstellung da waren und ich angekündigt hatte das wir Hund mitbringen. Über den Wucher Preis wurde ich 2 Stunden vor Anreise informiert. Der Preis wurde dann aber doch noch angepasst und man konnte es regeln, aber die Rezeptionistin ist eher entgegen kommend als die Eigentümerin. Die Lage ist gut bis auf den Zug welcher doch etlichen Lärm verursacht. Es ist auch etwas befremdlich das nie jemand da ist und der Betrag bar zu bezahlen ist. Frühstück ab 08:30 aber sonst ist es sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Pobyt byl hezký a určitě doporučuji není problém s personálem. Ubytování na penzionu jsem neshledal žádný problém. Čistota je hezké úrovni a kvalita služeb odpovídá. Trochu nevýhoda je parkování u penzionu.

静かな住宅地に佇むペンション

ブルノ中央駅から徒歩20分ほど、トラムだと3駅くらいのところからさらに徒歩5分くらいの中心街の喧騒から離れた住宅地に佇むペンションです。オーナー夫妻（？）はとても気の良さそうな方々でした 。が、私達が泊まったのが閑散期だったためか、常にレセプションには居てくれず、チェックインのタイミングに困ってしまいました。部屋は綺麗でインテリアも可愛らしかったです。朝食は別料金でしたが、ボリュームもあり美味しかったです。

Easy to get to

Nice penzion, in a town with expense hotels. Simple tram ride, 3 block walk in OK neighborhood. .Some communication problems, but otherwise a good stay. Nice steakhouse nearby.

Nice hotel, the only problem was that we were not notified there will be nobody at the reception on our arrival (7.30 pm). We had to make a call to the owner to get our keys. Apart from that we had a good stay.

A bad experience in Brno

I warned that I will arrive to the hotel at 10-11 PM,then told me that no problem the key will be in the safe-deposit box near the door, call us and we wil give you the password.I rang,but the people at the other side only spoke Czech,the temperature was 1ºcentigrade below cero,half an hour later, fortunately,one person that spoke Czech and English could solve the trouble. The hotel is in a desolated and alone neighborhood, no credit card is accepted, although the web page says yes, other trouble if you haven't cash enough.

Keski-eurooppalaiseen rivitalon huoneistoon tehty hyvin viihtyisä hotelli. Asunnon sisäpihalle tehty viihtyisä puutarha. Palvelu oikein hyvää. Hintalaatu suhde kohdallaan. Brnon keskusta kätevän matkan päässä, josta raitiovaunu kyydillä pääsee hotellin lähelle.
