"Property has the potential to be good when fully renovated, just not there yet. For the cost it is not a first choice unless you have a dog that joins the neighbours dogs barking and the loud music playing across the street in the early hours of the morning until dawn. Outside area looks good in the pics, but dusty and dirty. Sign suggesting animals welcome on the beds, and for cats in the bed - a complete turn off from a hygiene point of view. Pick another location unless you have animals."

"Beautiful property... beautifully furnished big entertainment area out the back looking out to the water. Pool table was a hit and was a easy walk to the water. We had 4 generations staying ranging from 74 down to 10 months and everyone had a awesome time. Will definitely be back 😊"

"Lovely place and great for family and friends. Good location. Yard could have been mowed as there was a lot of sticky grass seed. Couldn’t really walk in the yard without seed attaching to our shoes and legs."

"The lighthouse has a lovely, warm feel to it. Everything we needed was there. The fenced yard was perfect for our fur baby. Brendan was so accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay."

"Inside house was awesome, very clean everything was set out perfect. Wasn’t impressed with veranda out back, no privacy as the only neighbour has their kitchen window looking straight at you while out there. Numerous times they were at the window, there is no privacy screen on the veranda and they don’t use a blind .. lawns weren’t mowed and definitely not pet friendly although they said it is . For one the only way to the deck out back is through house and nowhere for pets to comfortably keep...

"We had an enjoyable stay at the Beach House on Burrum. It was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable with aircon. Walking distance to the beach was convenient, especially with young children. The kitchen has everything you need during your stay. We would definitely recommend staying and can’t wait to return."

"We had a great long weekend at Beach House at Elliott Heads to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The house was great for our 4 adults and one grandchild as well as accommodating our 2 canine companions. The house had full kitchen facilities and a large comfortable lounge as well as washing and drying facilities. The view from the lounge dining was straight out over the river to the ocean. Elliott Heads is very quiet and a great spot for adults, kids and dogs alike. We would definitely stay in...
