Huge ocean-facing deck. Fully refurbished in December 2023 with new bedding, linen, furniture, smart TVs, free wifi and all kitchen equipment and appliances and located in a quiet street at quaint Elliott Heads village.

100 metre walk to the sensational sandy Elliott River, patrolled surf beach and surf-side fish and chip shop. Lighthouse is a dream location for your summer vacation or winter getaway.

We are known for our world-class conditions for kite-surfing and renowned pristine waters where you can whale watch from the headland, snorkel over reef just off the beach and reel in cracker fish from the shore.

Lighthouse is four houses down from the riverside walkway which runs along the beach north through nearby villages. Perfect for a long leisurely walk, bike riding and rollerblading.

Fantastic bowling club with a free bus if you want a tipple and terrific food. Lighthouse is located only 20 minutes from the bustling centre of Bundaberg, which has an airport.

Your pets will love the fully fenced yard and if you love your pets inside, snuggled up on the couch with you; this is the dream holiday beach house. Perfect Spot in Elliot Heads

Wonderful beachside property, with all the little extras you need to make your stay easy. Cosy inside and great back deck for relaxing. Easy stroll to the beach/park/cafe. Brendan was great at communicating and checking we had all we needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. Excellent host. Look forward to our next visit.

Very well located and nicely appointed beach cottage in Elliott Heads.We have stayed on a number of occasions and we have felt very welcome each time. The cottage is very well set up and appointed for a relaxing beach stay.Credit to Brendan and the family. We can't wait for our next trip!

Great home close to the beach

Well appointed home, that has everything you need. Also located very close to the beach which was amazing. Great verandah to sit out on. The beach was dog-friendly on-leash so our dogs loved it, also a great yard for them to run in.

Elliott heads was a great little sopt for a family break. we had friends staying at the caravan park and this was right next door and suited us perfectly. we will be back.

The best dog friendly place we’ve ever stayed at!

From the moment we walked in the door, we loved this place! Everything you could need and more to have a nice comfortable stay for you and your dog/s! Us humans enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, beautiful balcony where we ate all of our meals and the convenience of a fully equipped laundry. But the most important guest (our dog,) was impressed by the huge grassy back yard, the comfy couch he was allowed to snooze on and the short walk to the beach.

Close to beach, river, 15 minutes to Bundaberg city, Bagara shops comfortable house my only negative was the lack of clothes hanging space apart from that excellent

My kids and i very much enjoyed our stay at Brendans beach house. Everything was neat and tidy. Nice size rooms with good airconditioning and comfortable beds. Large deck out the back with bbq was good when we had visiting family members. House is positioned a sreet away from patroled beach and was only a few minutes walk to a beautifull dog friendly beach.The area has a quite layed back feel to it wich we all loved. And what made our holiday so special was that our french bulldog could sit on the couch next to us inside like he does at home. I would recomend this to anyone that wants to holiday with your dog.

Charming Pet Friendly Retreat

Just like home

Second time staying here. It’s great. Feels very cosy. Comfy beds and lounge. Huge tv in lounge and extra tv in bedroom the back deck is spread across the back of the house and we spend our days lazing there and listening to surf and birds. We can have our two fur kids inside with us and they are well accommodated for - highly recommend

A perfect stay for our family! Comfortable house and facilities. The yard and back deck was great for our dogs. Enough room for us to bring the boat and paddle boards. A very short walk to the beach but longer walkways to various lookouts. We saw whales from the submarine lookout, explored the rock pools, swam at the patrolled beach and went paddling in the more protected area. Great spot!

A little piece of heaven

The lighthouse has a lovely, warm feel to it. Everything we needed was there. The fenced yard was perfect for our fur baby. Brendan was so accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Perfect Beachside Vibes

A fantastic cottage in a great location!

Very well presented, styled and kitted out beach cottage. Easy walking distance to everything Elliott Heads has to offer. Nice easy walk for a surf in the morning and afternoon! Great deck, for relaxing. Brendan was a great host. Very responsive (not that we had any issues). Highly recommend this place when you're ready for an Elliott Heads break.

Perfect beachside location

Perfect location! Walking distance to beach, cafe & convenience store. Comfortable home with extras catered for ie board games, dog bowls, condiments. Easy place to relax & enjoy Elliott Heads. Brendan is a responsive host. Easy to communicate with & welcoming. Extra bonus that our dog was able to join us inside, he really does think he is a wee human.

The Perfect Getaway

We had such an amazing stay at this beach house in Elliott Heads! It was perfect for our little family — including our two puppies, who absolutely loved the space to roam and relax. The house was super comfortable, well-equipped, and just a short stroll to the beach (which made all the difference with kids and dogs in tow!). We had everything we needed, and the communication from the owner was spot on, friendly, helpful, and easy. As someone who loves to cook while away we weren’t short of all the essential equipment as well as an epic BBQ. It was such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

A welcome sea breeze

A comfortable and cute cottage with a great outdoor deck that captures the sea breeze on the hot summer days. The cottage provided all the necessities for a laid back summer holiday. A/C and fans in all the rooms making it comfortable. Walking distance to a patrolled beach and the rock pools. A comfortable home for a family get together lounging and dining on the back deck. A very pleasant say.

The Beach House First Time Air B&B

Everything you could need was there from a potato masher,oil, salt and a cricket set. Beautiful Beach House in a beautiful community. Best spot for kids, beach is right there and huge space for sport and games all visible from the back veranda. Big comfy beds with luxury linen, huge yard for the dogs including balls to throw and beds, everyone felt right at home, so we could just soak up family and make memories. We will be back soon!!!!

Perfect home away from home

What a beautiful home to stay in. The location is ideal being so close to the beautiful Elliott Heads beach and river. We love the decor and comfy beds and furnishings. Being able to bring our dog meant we could fully relax knowing our fur baby was safe and happy with us. The patio is lovely to sit on and enjoy a BBQ or read a book. We loved the rock pools as well. Rain, hail or shine, this is a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed venturing out sightseeing and discovering the many beautiful beaches and national parks nearby. Shopping was a breeze with Bundaberg being so close and convenient. We will definitely be back. Our host Brendan was more than obliging, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and trouble free stay. We will definitely be back and hope it is sooner rather than later.

We loved our weekend getaway at Elliot Heads, the house was just perfect it had a beautiful beachy feel and had everything we needed. Absolutely fantastic location with walking distance to the beach and cafe which had the best ice creams for our Grandkids who live in Bundaberg. Would definitely recommend to friends as it really was the perfect place to stay.
