Guest access
I have set up Christel's On Crofton as a place I would feel at home at, be it for a couple of nights, a week or more. As such, I encourage you to enjoy the home to its fullest. Certain areas I have secured but this in no way will restrict your enjoyment of your stay.
Interaction with guests
As you will be staying in your "home away from home", I respect your privacy and as such everything has been set up for you to enjoy your stay with minimal interaction from me. Even though I have tried to think of everything that you would want, if there is anything that you require or any questions that you may have, I am only a phone call or text away to make sure everything is to your liking.
Other things to note
First and foremost, please treat the place like your home and as such please treat it and it's contents with respect. Accidents do happen, but if you break something, please let me know and arrange for it's replacement or repair. I, like most people love pets and they are welcome at Christel's On Crofton once they have been approved before booking. Having family and friends over while you're staying in Bundaberg is encouraged, but please no parties that will distrupt the quiet enjoyment of my neighbours. Smoking in today's society is frowned upon in many places, but I do realise that many people still enjoy a cigarette. If this is you, please do so on the back decking or anywhere outside the house. Once again, please respect this home for when the next guests come to stay. Lastly, please enjoy the house to it's full potential, but if you use and dirty something, please clean up after yourself, especially with foodstuffs that may attract unwelcome visitors.

We are regular visitors to 52 Crofton Street and always enjoy our stay. Great location near the hospital and lots of dining places. Highly recommended.

Very good location. Communication with owner is good. Property is dated and could be cleaner.

Not for us
Property has the potential to be good when fully renovated, just not there yet. For the cost it is not a first choice unless you have a dog that joins the neighbours dogs barking and the loud music playing across the street in the early hours of the morning until dawn. Outside area looks good in the pics, but dusty and dirty. Sign suggesting animals welcome on the beds, and for cats in the bed - a complete turn off from a hygiene point of view. Pick another location unless you have animals.
Really was a home away from home. Everything we needed was there and it was so comfortable and cosy. The bathroom is stunning. Great yard for the dogs. Michael was great with contact. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Pleasantly and well appointed. Basic provisions were gratefully received.
Air conditioning and overhead fans was appreciated on a humid night (we are southerners). We would recommend and book again.
This was a little place away from where all my fa,ily including my dogs felt welcome and comfortable. Close to food, centre of Bundaberg and shopping. Owner was friendly and very accommodating would definitely stay again.
what a beautiful house and the fully fenced yard was perfect for when we had to leave our fur baby whilst we went to the turtles. The owner was also very pleasant leaving extra towels to dry off after the down pour. Will definately return and recommend to others. Thanks for ensuring a great weekend
The house was well stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom staples that was well appreciated. The yard was big although we kept our girl on leash so she couldn’t get into mischief under the house. The ai conditioning worked great and the bed was comfy.
The house was a little dusty (as it’s being renovated) but didn’t take away from how relaxing it was to spend some time away in the great little town of Bundaberg.
Thanks Michael :)
Owner was incredibly accommodating to all my questions. Property itself was in immaculate shape. Everything worked properly and the neighbourhood itself was nice and quiet.
Would highly recommend this to anyone.
Pleasantly whiled away a week here ,most of the renovation work is finished.Close to everything.and was an affordable practical house for the two of us

Great place
Everything you need comes with the house... plus extras!!
Milk and bread in the fridge... comfy beds... excellent set up!!!
Even a bath bomb for the amazing claw foot bath tub.
A really easy place to just rock up to and relax.
And a short walk to town... pubs and restaurants.
The ongoing renovations were not a problem and did not detract from the house at all.
Even fairy lights on the back deck!
They have covered all your needs including bug spray.
We appreciated the Bundy ginger beers too - thank you
Thanks for making our weekend so easy and enjoyable.
