"This is an absolutely charming hotel with incredible views of the cathedral. The breakfast was very good, and the service impeccable. We need to get a taxi and the receptionist called one for us that arrived just steps away from the hotel. I highly recommend it."

"Very good hotel in the middle of the city. The secure parking is excellent and directly below the reception. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant as thanks to the protesting farmers our 6 hour journey took 12 hours instead of 6! The late hour of arrival made it a bit of a hobsons choice but it turned out that every cloud has a silver lining! The set menu was superb as were the staff. "This was a huge suite, on two levels. We'd asked for a cathedral view and we certainly got one - excellent. Lovely suite and the hotel was so central to everything. We wished we were staying another night.. Maybe next time. "

"The hotel's location isn't the best in terms of being central in Burgos and the neighbourhood isn't the most attractive. However, the hotel itself was clean and the room quiet and the service was attentive. There was a bit of confusion about breakfast because there really wasn't much on offer except some croissants in cling film -- this appeared to be a Corona restriction and not any fault of the hotel."
