I stayed one night at the hotel with my 3-year-old son and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, and it was a special moment as we had it entirely to ourselves. The room’s terrace was clean and pleasant, especially nice to relax on at night. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. The front desk staff were aloof and unwelcoming. They hardly looked up to notice guests walking in or out, or even walking by on the way into or out of the breakfast room.

The hotel on the whole was lovely. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, great value for money. I was just a little disappointed there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. With no room service for breakfast this was an area I felt could be better.

Not as good as our normal stay, no welcome drink which apparently you only get when booking directly. They’ve removed the coffee machines from the rooms which is a shame. Bed felt more uncomfortable than previous stay too. Clean and convenient, nice bathroom but a shame the experience of staying here has declined.

Once I arrived I was greeted by front desk and getting into my room was easy. All the staff made me feel welcomed and helped me with all my questions. The room was amazing and comfy. I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to my friends

Great location very dog friendly

We had our 2 dogs with us. The garden room was perfect. The hotel were excellent regarding our pets. The location was perfect for the sights. The garage was tight to drive into but we wanted secured parking.

Easy check in. Covered parking for a fee. Nice room with a small patio area and a few minute walk into the old city. The bar area is a bit clinical and we waited ages to be served so gave up.

Felt large and modern and very close to town centre. Parking was good. Staff and breakfast very good. One downside was that the room carpets did not look very clean. There were dark foot print areas.

One night stop Portugal - Sweden

We travel with a dog. Dog friendly but not in the bar/restaurant. Easy access to good dog-walks by the river and up to the castle. We do like the hotel right in the middle of Burgos, near the centre and the cathedral. We will return!
