"I liked the hotel. Exactly what we wanted. Good spacious room. What I didn't like was that WOTIF sold me junk insurance as I paid for my room in advance. I am sure that I rejected the travel insurance but was charged for it anyway. I cancelled it and was offered a refund but only if I supplied my bank details date of birth and other things and I will not do that. NOT GOOD WOTIF."

"Enjoyed staying at the Pacific Cairns. Five minute walk to the where the boats for the Islands depart and the day bus tours. Very central to eating places like the Night Markets. The bar fridge is a decent size and the bed and pillows very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you don’t have a car like was our case. The staff were friendly and helpful."
