Check in was good and kind with a female staff person upon arrival. She was kind and explained laundry options and made change for the coin operated laundry on even floors.
No one offered help with luggage and I had oversized heavy luggage and I could only find stairs and no on offered to help me at the entry or to my room.
At about 11:20 AM on checkout day I went to the front desk and no one was there then a young man with no name tag appeared to be in his 20s with the name S. a.u.L. he spelled it for me wouldn’t give me any additional time to check out and said I must check out by noon even though I asked if I could out at 1 PM. He was not professional or helpful or kind. He didn’t thank ask me how my stay was doing. I then asked for the manager and he said he was the manager which surprised me because he wasn’t wearing a name tag and he was abrupt in his tone of voice and not nice , I went to my room with my key and it didn’t work because they shut the rooms off at 11 AM for your key to work so I had to come all the way back down to the front desk where again there was no one at the front desk. I waited and he came back out from a doorway I handed in my key and I said it didn’t work I said, is that because that you shut them off at 11 he said yes and I said well why didn’t you ask for my key at 11:15 so I can get into my room. I asked him for his name and he spelled it for me if he’s the manager. If he is the manager he is not setting a good example for service.
