We had a wonderful stay in a three bedroom apartment at Mandalay. The staff are incredibly helpful, and the apartment is very well located. It is a short walk to a surfy which has great food and also town is very easily walkable. Highly recommended.

3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment...very spacious and clean with lovely large balcony. A Air conditioner and ceiling fans were excellent. Even though only 4 storeys including basement, we were disappointed there was no lift. One shower did not work, we told reception on the morning after we moved in but it was not repaired. Very enjoyable stay.

The rooms were very luxurious with our own private garden and direct access to the beach. The pool was fabulous and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Mandalay Apartments are absolutely stunning! Our apartment was modern, bright, and beautifully designed with a gorgeous tropical garden outlook. It was an easy walk to the pool, yet still felt private and serene. The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach and main street. The huge ensuite, complete with a beautiful egg bath, was a highlight. We had an incredible stay and would love to return!

Amazing spacious and newly renovated apartment with great features and well supplied. Very wet weather prevented us from taking advantage of the pool/tennis etc but the facilities were very good including free underground parking.

Beautiful 3 bedroom apt. Very clean, bed comfortable, shower pressure both bathrooms was strong fabulous large flatscreen tv bedroom, and living room. Kitchen was very well stocked not one complaint and Kerrie the welcoming agent was so sweet and cordial. I would definitely stay here and definitely recommend. We are from New York.

The property is dated, mold smell inside, old dusty carpets, etc. Beds with horribly warn out saggy mattresses. Afraid cannot recommend it, despite staff generally nice and accommodating.

Beautiful apartment complex only a stone's throw from the beach. Lovely reception area with friendly staff on arrival. Easy check in and personally taken to our ground level poolside apartment. Accommodation was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On site tennis court entertained the kids a few times and 2 x pool areas were excellent. Our only criticism would be - jacuzzi not working in the main pool and why not turn the pool lights on of an evening to allow hilidaymakers to use the pergola seating area for evening drinks etc. It was approx 10mins walk to the start of Macrossen St where you will find shops bars and restaurants. Loved the place.

Awesome stay! Didn’t want to leave. Deluxe apartment was excellent (beautiful, clean, comfortable). Had everything we needed. Two pools are beautiful and clean. Tennis court is great and having the BBQ option by the court was great. Walking distance to beach and town was so convenient. It was better than what we expected! We would definitely return.

Our family of four had a wonderful 6 night stay at the Mandalay. The 3 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location is excellent, moments from the patrolled swimming beach and a short stroll to restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The kids loved the main pool. We didn't mind the three flights of stairs from the carpark to our top floor apartment, but request a lower level if that would bother you. Great value family friendly accommodation that we'd be delighted to return to.

Staff were friendly, pool was great all in all a great facility. Had an issue with room air conditioning which was quickly dealt with by the on site staff moving us to an upgraded room for the remainder of our stay, only other issue was the facility security as we did note on several occasions random people coming into pool area and walking around looking for loose items. I would suggest security access be required to enter all areas of the property including carpark area where a gate is needed.

The property is pretty nice overall. It is clean and well maintained and really close to four miles beach. The pictures are a bit misleading. The pics make the facility and rooms seems bigger and roomier. But, in actuality it is a bit cozy. It is still a great deal. Just felt a little underwhelmed when I saw it in person.

A nice location close to Four Mile beach and easy walking distance to restaurants. Apartment had all utensils needed to be able to cook breakfasts as a family. Minor thing, having arrived late, around 8.45pm, there was no supply of starter-milk in the fridge for a cup of tea or coffee which you would expect for luxury apartments so we had to venture out at 9pm in search of a local shop. Had to buy salt and pepper too - no condiments in the cupboards which is unusual for self catering apartments….small things make a difference.

Mandalay was a very comfortable place to stay. The units are a bit older now and in need of a spruce up. Advertising as luxury is a bit of a stretch. The apartment was quite well equipped and was very clean. The pool area was lovely but not as big a pool as some other places. The location of the property is excellent!! The staff were very nice. We had a back apartment but it would have been nicer at the front overlooking the pool and not looking out to the main road. Although it’s a pretty quiet main road. I would definitely recommend people stay at the Mandaly if they want a clean, comfortable and convenient stay.
