"I didn't end up staying at the location which was masked by VRBO and was falsely advertised as being "next to Harvard Square". I was there for a surgery and needed to be at or next to Harvard Square to catch the red line for pre-op. It was not next to the square. It's near Alewife. IYKYN. "Room was nice. A bit spartan, with no couch in my suite. Just lots of chairs. Like 7 of them. Shower is exceptional. The room grew on me over my three night stay. Came to like it. Pillows are way too soft. All of them. No variety. The gym at this hotel is fantastic. Big, with lots of equipment. Jogging paths nearby on the Charles River is a big plus, as is prime location in Harvard Square. Common areas are exceptional as well, which serves to highlight the stiff quakerish quality of the decor in the rooms. Staff is attentive. But a bit removed and ensconced behind counters, it seemed."
