"I’ve stayed at the Omni Parker multiple times over many years. The hotel is great, centrally located, short ride to the airport and in great shape. Unfortunately this time, the service fell short outside of John in the Last Hurrah who finished our trip with a well curated send off. There was an overwhelming sense of, ‘I don’t want to be here’ that was exuded from the check in staff, to the valet and even the hostesses at both restaurants."

The Royal Sonesta Boston

The Royal Sonesta Boston

10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed staying here. We wish we checked in earlier and spent the day sight seeing because there was so much to do right out the door. There was a miscommunication about check in policies between hotel and third party which was resolved by the employee named, Gabby. I hope that she is recognized and promoted. Her confidence in handling a tough situation was dealt with professionally. Because of Gabby, I am sure we will be back to visit Cambridge and this hotel again. I had a pack of kids who loved the Starbuck's and the pool. Thank you again, GABBY!!!"
