10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was amazing from start to finish! The check in staff was super helpful. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was great after travel. The hotel was close to everything, great food, great shopping and of course right beside TD Garden. The best part was the view from our room. Get the downtown view it’s absolutely worth it! Also the checkout staff was amazing and super happy to hold our bags in check out day. We will be returning in January for our anniversary trip and some hockey at the Garden! "
"What a gem! Gingko House was the perfect place to stay for 4 nights. Close to transportation and easy to get into the city and to Harvard square. The hotel was spotless and the staff kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. It was a very hot week while we were there and Nancy would offer to switch on the ac in the room before we got back so it would be cool when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the shared amenities were just what we needed. Would highly recommend and hope to be back in the future. Thanks to all the staff."
"A beautiful location, breakfast was amazing, and everything was fantastic. My only concern was Wi-Fi connections were sporadic while I was working from my room."
