"We loved the Lenox. We were in town for college visits. The location was convenient. Everyone was pleasant. We enjoyed speaking with someone at the front desk who had recently graduated from BU! Our room was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. We'd love to come back. We appreciated the extra touches like waters, extra towels, daily cleaning etc that some hotels have done away with. Would definitely recommend! We did enjoy breakfast one morning too and it was tasty and quick."

"Very clean and comfortable room. The bed and pillows gave us terrific nights' sleep. Our only complaint was that 1 of the 3 main lobby elevators was closed for repair for our entire week's stay. That caused delays during our mornings, as we had to wait for 10 - 12 minutes for a down elevator to have room for us to enter, and that was despite our room being on the 17th floor."
