"Room and bathroom were spotless. Great location to everything. There was a late night emergency evacuation and everything moved seamlessly (we were on the 15th floor and made it down in no time). Hotel restaurant and bar were very nice and was a great place for late night relaxing following a day of sightseeing."

"All power in the hotel went out. I had to walk. Down from the 34th floor with my luggage. We were told we would be given a credit for $150 however, I haven’t received it as of yet. "

"Very nice hotel that is centrally located. Close to the MFA, restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the rooftop gym. Staff was extremely courteous. There’s a mandatory food fee - it seems like more hotels are going that route these days."
