"Good hotel for a short stay-clean rooms, but they do charge an additional $200 deposit per room that I wasn’t expecting. Also, the parking garage only fits up to 6ft tall vehicles. Both of these should in a prominent place on websites before customers book. Or for the parking they should have a defined back up garage somewhere. Other than that-the rooms were good and modern looking."

"Probably the best hotel I been to, considering it was almost like a modernized hostel (without sharing bedrooms). The bathrooms were always available for use. There was always housekeeping on standby to tidy the bathrooms. There is also a water and ice station in the hallway, so no need to spend money on water or have to carry bottles of water. The rooms were a perfect size for a single traveler with a king sized bed. It was so nice, I wish they had more hotels like this in other places. Also, after a certain time at night, it is only key card entry so that makes it more safe. The neighborhood isn’t bad and it is walking distance to back bay train/subway/bus station, about a 6 minute walk. It makes it so easy to get to other parts of Boston."

"We have stayed at the Westin a number of times . It's consistently a great experience. Clean room , spacious , great staff , great restaurants on property and excellent access to Copley and The Pru for retail and dining and totally walkable to the rest of Back Bay . Another plus the orange and green lines are very close by as well Easy to get to the Sox game or just about anywhere else ."

"The staff was amazing! The room was great. The bar was expensive!!!!! We bought two drinks and it cost $54!!!!! The hotel is located next to the Pru where there is wonderful shopping and good restaurants."

"Excellent stay from front desk, baggage assistance, bartender, to cleaning staff. Only minor hiccup was waiting for possibility of early check-in. Waited for several hours and never received text, so checked in at 3. No biggie, just would have been good to get an update while waiting. Outstanding stay otherwise!"
