"This is a very cute, well placed boutique hotel near the waterfront. They have a very attractive and comfortable lobby. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant which serves a good selection of breakfast items. They also have dinner. The rooms are spacious. The one where we had was a bit dark as we were overlooking the courtyard but overall, it was a very cute place."

"This is a gem of a hotel in an excellent location. The hotel staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. The fitness room is small but well maintained, although equipped with a large TV there was no remote available to use. My other complaint was that several of the water machines offered on each floor were out of service. Did not eat at the hotel but had a couple of good cups of coffee at their complementary coffee bar. The location near T stations, restaurants and shopping could not be better. Will stay there again."

"Hotels.com markets 3 -4 tiers to choose a room. The last one is river view. I chose that one expecting a nice view of the Charles. Still was okay view but from the front of building not the back where the charles is. When i asked they responded “I'm sorry for your disappointment. You booked a partial river view room. If you would like to upgrade to a full river view room. See the front desk in the morning. If we have one available, it would be just a small upgrade fee.” Only got one night Also hotels markets that with silver you get discounts but i did not get discussion of that and thry didnt tell me about amenities figuring out on my own. The room did not look like the photos so i was maybe in an outdated room. Very dark closet. I suggest putting another light by the tv. Otherwise the lobby, saltwater pool, amenities and rest of staff were wonderful."

"Good and Bad Good: location is amazing. Gym is incredible. Staff were very nice. Starbucks and restaurants/bar are nice and accessible. Bad: walls are PAPER thin. You hear everything from other rooms to outside to hallways. Parking is $70/USD a day (when we booked three months ago they said $40 but didn’t honor that). Rooms and bathrooms are TINY and old."
